The Excelsior Primary School P&C is a not-for-profit, volunteer organisation of enthusiastic parents and family members that work closely with the school to enhance the learning environment and facilities for the benefit of all students and school staff.
Our P&C provides the opportunity to come together, share information and views, to help support the needs and aspirations of our students and the school community by raising funds to provide extra resources.
The dedication of the committee and volunteers has provided our school with invaluable donations and events for the students. Our members come from all areas of the school community with a range of different skills and backgrounds.

We are proud of our recent achievements to the school:
$20,000 towards a new projector | 2024
Providing the students and staff with an AV upgrade to the undercover area, including a new projector, screen and AV equipment, allowing the students to use their creativity during class assemblies.
Over $5,000 raised in our Fun Runs!
Arguably the highlight of the year for students, our Colour Fun Run sponsored by Selling Key is one of our biggest fundraisers of the year. The students love the challenges set up on the oval and teachers equally delight in the day!
Harmony Day Community Picnic
Partnering with the school, our P&C are delighted to have organised a school wide picnic prior to Harmony Day activities in the classroom. The day has grown to include many families participating and getting to know each other better.
Keepsakes & Memories for students
The main goal of our P&C is to help create lasting memories for students during their time at Excelsior Primary. From our Tea Towel Fundraiser in 2025 where each student & teacher drew their portrait to all the stalls and events hosted, we hope that all students graduate with a sense of belonging.
